I am a neurodivine, mindful soul and a believer in simplicity. With the Chief Wellbeing Officer certification, my ikigai is to empower folks to be true, authentic selves and foster work-life harmony. Mindfulness reimagined my life and I shared my journey with stress and anxiety in my book – A Broken Teacup: Filling the cracks with mindfulness, essentialism and self-care. I practice 2-4 minute mindful motivations on Insight Timer. As a change leader, I facilitate free IamRemarkable workshops every month on the 21st to break bias to navigate imposter syndrome.
