12:45-1:15pm: Movement, Meditation, and Steadfastness with Sola Habibi

Sola Habibi is a wellness entrepreneur crafting spaces to heal through writing, community, nature, and yoga. As a multi-heritage, non-binary queer, they’re invested in teaching new students, community organizers, and QT+BIPOC. Sola teaches yogic embodiment tools that support mental health; classes include community connection, philosophy, movement, breath work, and song.
